I had an excellent Dental Hygienist named Jan who did a careful and thorough job and a very personable first meeting with Dr. Lam. My only complaint was a very long wait in between the cleaning and the dental exam. During my cleaning there was soothing piano music along with flowing pictures of cherry blossoms on the tv screen. She answered all of my questions kindly. Dr. Lam was friendly and knowledgable and didn't insist that I have work done before it was necessary. I'm glad I found Redford Dental.

The entire staff is amazing! They are caring and gentle which is awesome since I have had bad dental experiences. The dentist and hygienist both have awesome chair side manner that puts me at ease. My treatment plan they have me on is geared to my comfort and finances.

Dr Lam pointed out issues to me and had me hold a mirror so I could see what she was talking about. She prioritized the treatment plan and confirmed with me. Lani did an excellent cleaning and my teeth felt clean.
