Been here twice now and this guy is solid. I’m a programmer but I don’t know much about hardware repairs or operating system troubleshooting. So when YouTube and Google fail me I’m out of luck. First time I had an issue with my laptop freezing, turned out to be a driver issue with a MIDI controller that I use. Second time, I had to bring the same laptop in because of a broken hinge on screen and he got it done before the weekend even though I was made aware it would likely not be done until after.

I brought my Desktop computer in because it wouldn't boot up. Kevin not only replaced my hard drive and got my PC working again, he also found a problem with my fan that I hadn't even been aware of, and fixed it free of charge! Not only that, when he realized that he accidentally overcharged me, he immediately called me to inform and refund me. He is friendly, professional, likes to chat about computers, and made me feel totally at ease. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

This is great place, with an awesome customer service and the best prices!I needed someone to build me a computer and I'm so lucky I found Kevin. He educated me about what parts I should get according to my needs and helped me to find them online.He built my new computer and transferred the data from my old one in less than 48 hours.
