My boyfriend and I did a couples massage. Lena and Anna did an AMAZING job. Highly recommend both of them. The massage was a wonderful blend of Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep tissue and everything in between!I myself CMT , and can say they were extremely professional and are wonderful massage therapists!

NRG Day Spa started in Roseville, and in October of 2018 relocated to Carmichael. We are not affiliated with any other locations so the Owner can offer her Services that she strives to offer. Today, the Carmichael location is in the heart of the Fair Oaks Blvd. and Manzanita Avenue shopping outlets and offers walk in customers for a multitude of various Massages, Skin Care Services, Waxing’s, Body Scrubs/Wraps, and Gift Certificates. Our shower is also available for our clients with a massage or body scrub treatment.
