I met Michelle at Mercy San Juan infusion center. what a blessing she has been in my life!! She regularly visits with patients and offers hand and foot massages while we are getting our infusions. (for free!). For some of us, like myself infusion days can be really stressful and long. But since meeting Michelle, her warm and kind spirit automatically helps me destress and relax. There is never any pressure from her or staff, but she does offer her services at her own studio as well. I've visited her studio a few times and I wish I had found her services sooner. I have done the full body massage as well as the targeted massage. Both had me feeling on top of the world. Her massage technique are different from traditional massage places. Michelle is very smart and she knows the body well. She is able to target certain spots without using a lot of force which in the past left me sore for days, feeling like I got ran over by a truck. Instead I notice I feel refreshed and less stressed. I'm able to feel more movement in my back and neck. I especially love her neck exercises. She does all the work, but she uses some sort of sling apparatus which is able to move your neck around which then leaves you with more mobility in your neck, without the pain. Anyways, I highly recommend Michelle. She really is so nice and she definitely loves all her patients as she treats us with so much love and care. Thank you, Michelle!

I got a very Good massage in Nordic House Spa by Miechelle and I cannot wait to go back!! She is an Amazing an Very Skilled Therapist. I arrived there and got a Peaceful sensation immediately. Super clean and beautiful Spa with a soothing atmosphere that invite you to leave all your stress out and getting relax.
Miechelle helps me with the back pain and mobility issues that I developed in the last few years. (Life in your 30's amirite?) I have literally walked in with a limp and walked out feeling better for weeks. This is an easy recommendation. The new spa looks great too. If you are in the Sacramento area check this place out.
