Matt, he was great to talk with and told me about what needs to happen at the moment and that he would call me back and let me know the first part was done and we talked about arrangements. Matt and his staff were fantastic. They worked great with me and worked great with the church.

I called Thursday morning, and within hours, we were able to quickly fill out our portion of the contract. I was instructed to contact hospice and the assisted living facility to coordinate the transport, making everything so much easier.

After searching for many cremation services in the Sacramento area, I decided to call Lowest Cost Cremation. I picked them from the ease of their website and straight forward approach of figuring out their cost. When I contacted them, I spoke to Matt. Within minutes I decided this was the company I wanted to deal with. Matt was knowledgeable, warm, friendly , caring and very helpful. Living in Centra l California, it was a simple transaction using DocuSign to sign authorization paperwork for the cremation without having to drive to Sacramento.
