After searching for many cremation services in the Sacramento area, I decided to call Lowest Cost Cremation. I picked them from the ease of their website and straight forward approach of figuring out their cost. When I contacted them, I spoke to Matt. Within minutes I decided this was the company I wanted to deal with. Matt was knowledgeable, warm, friendly , caring and very helpful. Living in Centra l California, it was a simple transaction using DocuSign to sign authorization paperwork for the cremation without having to drive to Sacramento. This Place is amazing, Matt was a God send!!! he had no idea the absolute worst time of my life, I had been so devastated and heartbroken, had no clue as to how do or navigate any of the situation I had to deal with and every person was sooo kind and caring and explained everything.
They were accessible 24/7!!!
