Jay came out immediately and gave a quote for weekly service. I agreed and he sent the site for the payment, which I paid and he hasn't been back since -- two weeks and waiting. I have request a return of the $165 payment. When I called the phone was full and wouldn't accept messages. Sent an email and hopefully all get a better response than the service.
