Walked into Great Clips at Madison Square and though I didn’t have an appointment—after a brief wait—Michelle called my name and proceeded to give me a very professional haircut. She asked a few questions about how I liked it, and immediately knew EXACTLY what I what I wanted! Excellent service and I would recommend them for anyone! Great job Michelle!

I've been here several times. The service is always courteous and efficient. Everyone is always friendly and responsive. And for the cost, they do a great job cutting hair as well.

Was getting bangs for the first time in a while and a little nervous, but Ms Kaniesha did such an amazing job and my long layers look great. She also recommended a couple of products I can't wait to try.
