“Our house is the low spot on the block, so we wanted effective drainage to avoid future issues. We needed someone who had expertise on a French drain system. We contacted Older Home Specialist and were glad we talked to Brent. He was able to get us on the schedule before the rainy season started. Our yard is mostly rocks and roots, but his crew stayed with it and got it done. We’re very pleased with the results and hope it performs as expected!”
“They came out to see and estimate the job and understood my vision. They made a few sketches and when they cam back it was exactly what I wanted. The installers had to modify the mounts on sight but that was easy-peazy and everything is great.”
“We had redwood fencing installed along one side and around the back of our lot. 7’ high on the side, 6’ high in back. Isaac and German ripped out the old wood fence and did a great job installing the new. Very efficient, had it done in a day and a half. Reasonably priced, imo, as they came in about $1000 under a larger PNW company that gave an estimate. They also accommodated a late change and didn’t charge for the extra minutes of labor!”
