I wanted to make sure to put the word out that Juliana at the Carmichael Imaging location at 6305 Coyle Ave in Carmichael, should be recognized for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service. I'm not usually impressed by the office staff at most of the Dignity Health locations as I find most of them to just "process" people, and most are often stiff or rude in the 21 years that I have been a part of the "Mercy" system. But Juliana was sweet, smiled at me (even though I was grimacing in pain from a back injury) and had genuine eye contact with me at the check-in. After I was seated in the waiting area, Juliana came out to hand me a slip of paper, telling me that she had noticed I was overdue for my mammogram, and that she had scheduled one for me. If I needed to change it, I could call later and do so. Her kindness and concern and genuine smile literally melted me. Proactivity is not something I am used to getting when dealing with with Dignity Health overall. Very unexpected!Upon leaving, I asked her name...meaning to immediately inform someone that Juliana was outstanding. This was way back in May of this year...so clearly I got side-tracked, but...JULIANA, YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!!!
Had a sunday appointment.For a shoulder MR.Scheduled for 0830. Arrived a bit early.In and out by 0855.Staff was warm and receptive for having to work on a Sunday prior to Memorial Day.Thank you for being here there for me.
