I wanted to make sure to put the word out that Juliana at the Carmichael Imaging location at 6305 Coyle Ave in Carmichael, should be recognized for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service. I'm not usually impressed by the office staff at most of the Dignity Health locations as I find most of them to just "process" people, and most are often stiff or rude in the 21 years that I have been a part of the "Mercy" system. But Juliana was sweet, smiled at me (even though I was grimacing in pain from a back injury) and had genuine eye contact with me at the check-in. Had a sunday appointment.For a shoulder MR.Scheduled for 0830. Arrived a bit early.In and out by 0855.Staff was warm and receptive for having to work on a Sunday prior to Memorial Day.Thank you for being here there for me.

I've gone to this location a few times for x-rays and MRIs. The front desk staff has been helpful and prompt with check-ins, the technicians have been kind, and the on-site doctors have made insightful recommendations going forward. I especially appreciate the technicians; they have gone above and beyond to make accommodations for me due to my mobility issues.
