Mo”s massage at Blue Bay massage is exceptional. Her technique is so thorough and from head to toe she relives stress and caresses deep into the tissue without unnecessary pain and discomfort. By far and away the best massage I have ever had and she doesn’t quit until the full hour is complete. I have had several massages in Sacramento but none the quality and expertise and value you get at Blue Bay Massage.
