“Bob was prompt and fair with the estimate. Started and finished on time. Re-roofed from a shake to a composite roof. I was choosing between two shingles that mimic the shake look and Bob was honest that the more expensive shingle which provided a bit more depth would not be noticeable on our roof and not worth the extra $. All the other bids would try to upsell to that shingle. Now that it's done, I can see 100% that he is right, our lower slope would not show off the more expensive deeper shingle at all. His roofers Martin, Hector, and Robert were a pleasure, workers well together, and cleaned up the property daily. Martin has been working with bob since the 80's and is a master at his profession. While you probably won't see Denison promoted around town like the big name companies in the area, I found him through professional and personal recommendations. Seems they do a lot of word of mouth jobs and still stay busy, but don't have the overhead of advertising, hiring multiple estimators, secretary, and company logo pickups. (Bob wears these hats). This likely translates into the value that one can find in a roofer like Denison.“

“Kasey, Monique and the entire Dority team are true professionals who do excellent work, I wholeheartedly recommend them! They replaced the roof of our cottage in Carmel by the Sea, and also replaced our outdoor, second story ceramic deck, due to water damage underneath it. They used the highest quality waterproofing membrane, copper flashing, etc to ensure it lasts for decades. Their finish work was excellent, better than it was before they started.
