They have a team approach, which really separates them from other builders. Through design help throughout, a dedicated project manager keeping track of all our details, and our construction superintendent managing the build, their approach gave us the time and attention needed to make the process successful and enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about Arthur Rutenberg - Monterey Bay. They are great people who build a great house!- Margot C.
