the cardiologist told me that my heart murmur was worse and that he would refer me to Stanford to repair it. However it's been over a month and he never referred me there. I checked Stanford and they had no record. I did have a good surgeon for another issue.
I've tried to get them to update my email for about 5 years and they never have. They never get back to me after tests. It's difficult to get an appointment within even a month. The doctors are very dismissive and rush me out of there. I literally might have stomach cancer but I have to make another appointment and wait up to a month each time I need another test done.
I love this office, even when I can't get into see my regular pcp, their NP Laurel Moody has always taken excellent care of me. And the lovely ladies in the front and the medical assistants are always professional and friendly. The check in process is always welcoming and easy, even with Covid 19 precautions in place.
