I reached out for a house call very last minute because I was feeling extremely dehydrated and unwell, and they made every effort to get to me as quickly as they could. From the moment they arrived, they were both incredibly kind, professional, patient, and caring.
They were very gentle while inserting my IV, which I truly appreciated considering how awful I was already feeling. They checked all of my vitals before starting the treatment and again afterward to make sure everything was okay. Throughout the entire IV treatment, Anne kept a close eye on me and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. Evelyn was also wonderful and so attentive to detail.
I felt genuinely cared for rather than feeling like just another appointment. Having them come directly to my home while I was feeling so sick made such a difference, and I’m incredibly thankful they were able to accommodate me on such short notice.
