Luis and Aaron were prompt, courteous, efficient, and respectful of both me and my furnishings. I have a 2600 sq ft home with both carpeting and ceramic tile. A few animal “accidents” made an additional pretreatment necessary. I also took advantage of a discounted grout sealant (I would have added that initially, but it wasn’t offered to me). That made the total about 50% more than the original estimate, so be prepared for the upsell. They did an amazing job
Zerorez got rid of the two spots I really wanted out
I just wish they could have done some details more better but not sure if that is an up charge
But overall everything looks really good!
