Great environment for my 4-year-old son. Sensei Gavin and his dad Hans are top-notch instructors and wonderful role models. Supportive atmosphere, strong values, and a great place for kids to learn and grow.
Training at this dojo has been truly transformative—both mentally and physically—for my daughters and me. The exceptional instruction builds confidence, sharpens focus, and strengthens self-control, all while teaching invaluable real-world self-defense skills for both youth and adults.

Our 9 year old daughter has been going to Z-Ultimate for a few years which has helped her both physically and emotionally. They go beyond self-defense by teaching life skills- respect, perseverance, and endurance. An added bonus is the karate tournaments are really fun. Great for all ages- my 43 year old husband also goes to the dojo. Highly recommend!
