Great job on installing our new front door, looks great. Thanks to Patty for helping us select the door and to the installation crew that came out to measure and later install. Great job! I could of bought a door and found a contractor to install the door and saved some money, but when I saw how complex it is to install an exterior door, I know I made the right decision. And guess what, the door opens and closes so smoothly, the new lock that they installed works like a charm. I've heard of so many bad stories of door installs but mine was not one of them. 7 years after we had our windows/doors installed by US Windows and Doors (Carlsbad), we had a leak in our sliding glass door. They came out the very next day and completely removed the door and reinstalled it from scratch at no charge to me. That is customer service!
