Such a great workout experience. I did the 28 day challenge and notice great results in tone ness. The gym is a fun, judgement free atmosphere. Trainer Rege works with you. They also offer delicious meal options where you can still be creative and eat delicious food.

Rege is a great trainer. She makes sure you are in correct form and that you are at your appropriate challenge level. Classes are small enough to get individualized instruction. I would definitely recommend these classes for anyone looking to get to the next level of your fitness pursuit.

Love this group fitness center in Carlsbad. Regie & Joel are great, super motivating & attentive to goals. The exercises were fun & good to see your own progress.Really wonderful energy & one of my favorite personal training group fitness classes in Carlsbad.
