I was having trouble getting my prescriptions corrected that came in wrong from another total vision store and wouldn’t arrive in time for me to leave for an extended trip right before Christmas.
I called Stacy and she went above and beyond to help me out. She worked with other members of total vision to get my lenses corrected and delivered to the Carlsbad Plaza location.
She even met me at the store on a Sunday so that I would have them for my trip the next morning.

I had a very positive experience here. Stacey was accommodating and so understanding and she worked with me until she knew I felt comfortable with the progressive prescription. I ended up getting progressive perscription sunglasses too and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.
1st word is awesome that comes to mind. I was there few of days ago. I have double vision from a traumatic brain injury four months ago. I have seen eye doctor previous to this one and the two month experience with the doctor and trying to get glasses was horrendous. My brother and sister-in-law referred this practice to me. Doctor Karshak was more than amazing. Explained the problems and options with double vision when it comes to prism glasses. Explained other options to use without hurting my neck by moving and keeping it in certain position to see better. I had glasses from other eye doctor that took 2 months. Neither pair helped.
