I live in the Bay Area and I have been looking for the perfect hair stylist for my gray, thick and heavy hair. I am please to report that Janine Rouse DID it. She spent an incredible amount of time till my hair was perfect... I am very please, and surely will drive from the Bay Area again to get my hair styled by Janine.

Janine Rouse is an amazing hair colorist. She has a great eye for color and listens carefully to what someone wants and then carefully and skillfully mixes the perfect color. She’s a perfectionist and carefully and meticulously puts on the color without missing an area. She’s a great haircutter also. It’s so important to have someone who listen carefully to what you want and discusses that with you and carries that decision out with care and technical skill. Plus she’s always leaning and growing and continues to take classes to keep up with new techniques!
