I have been able to try out their new services from the infrared sauna, cold plunge, medical grade red light, and VersaWell fit spray and I must say doing all four in one visit made me feel refreshed. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the cold plunge. It worth visiting and trying. The staff is so nice and the owners Shanthi and Tim are amazing people. I love their new services.”
