After a couple renovation projects that left our home dusty, we had Scout SoftWash out to clean our windows, the lichen on our roof, rain gutters, solar panels, hard scape, you name it pretty much everything at our house. The home looks amazing and is so clean! One added benefit from the exterior house cleaning is all the cobwebs and bird poop are gone.Our cleaning experts Laine, Kane, and Eathan were so polite and respectful of our home… they even wore booties during the interior cleaning, and did an excellent job explaining everything to me along the way. Everyone at Scout Soft wash was fantastic! It was easy to schedule, have someone come out to do a free estimate, and the guy who did the cleaning (I think his name was Lamar) did an incredible job and made sure to answer all our questions. Would highly recommend them for window cleaning!Edited for 2024: we used scout soft wash again and had a great experience. Karl got us scheduled right away and Laine and Kane did the cleaning and did an amazing job! Referred them to our neighbors because they were so impressed!

Laine was very professional, cordial, and respectful. He did an amazing job on all my windows, tracks, and slider door inside and outside my condo above the garage. I haven't had my windows cleaned in 19 years and they look brand new after Laine washed them. I loved the smell afterwards and the fact that it's non toxic and no residue. I would highly recommend Laine to my friends and family. I will definitely use Scouts SoftWash again.
