I have been to Prohems a few times. They are very courteous and they offer excellent alteration service. I had my daughter’s new pants waist altered there today. It was perfect and my daughter is happy. The fee was totally fair. I highly recommend this place

Thank you so much Pro Hems for being so reliable, so collaborative, so easy and pleasant to work with. If anyone out there has the slightest hesitation about where to bring their alterations, these folks set the standard with execution and customer service. Can't say enough really, every penny I spend here is an investment that pays dividends.

I love these ladies. I tell everyone they're my Fairy Godmothers, as they always bippity boppity boo my alterations into works of art by suggesting things I didn't know were possible. They are so knowledge and creative. I bring them average dresses and they turn them in to one of a kind pieces by taking away this and that, and adding sleeves, belts, ruffles...leave it to Farah...she will create something beautiful out of something average!
