This location has been closed for some time. When it closed, they told the members that they would be reopening at a new location close to the old location but that was last October and they have said nothing since. Every time I inquire, I am told that they have not reopened and I am given no additional information as to when or where they will reopen. I now believe they are not going to reopen a Carlsbad La Costa location at all.

Pilates Room will steal your money. Their system is very confusing.. not user friendly. There is no number to call if you have a question. You send an email and hope someone gets back to you. And usually the person who gets back to you is not helpful.Pilates Room owe us $800 and refuses to give us our money back. Don't join this club. Don't believe me, read the other reviews.

3 of us took one class while visiting Carlsbad. One class was supposed to be for free. Gave my credit card and was charged the 3 classes never given the one for free and then charged my card multiple times for a total of 144.65 for no apparent reason. I wasn’t even in the state when I was charged. After multiple attempts to get a refund I have been ignored and don’t even get a response. Unethical company. Avoid them
