The entire process was streamlined, the options for sizes, types, colors are well explained, installation was 1.5 days and simple. 5-STAR!!!! Highly recommend!!!! The best part? THE PEOPLE! REBECCA answered our call and there was no hard selling, just very practical advice as to what would work best in our house based on our preferences. She was marvelous, patient, and so knowledgeable!!!! Next up, JACOB, the project manager. Excellent communication from him based on timing for ordering and installing! Finally, the installers: JOSE & LUIS A!!! Punctual, professional, clean & efficient. They had a plan & got to it. They covered everything, moved furniture, & moved it all back when they were done. BRAVO to this entire team. I’m planning my next window/doors project. I’ll have to add my photos later!
