We had an incredible experience with Knockout! From the first call, Cliff was thorough, patient, and helpful. On our appointment day, he was timely and thorough! Our carpet and couch had seen better days and were cleaned even better than we could have hoped. We went with the full package - clean, deodorize, and scotch guard.
