I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at KittyKat Electrolysis. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a potential client the way I was treated here. I reached out to confirm my appointment the day before and sent additional messages on the day of my appointment to let them know I was on my way. Showed up early and called, received no answer. Knocked at one of the many doors confused where to go with someone else answering and given no help other than go to the other side. There’s no signs or directions on where to enter as there are 3-4 doors and inside closed fenced area not to mention not answering phone calls is pretty unprofessional.The environment and atmosphere is extremely un organized and unprofessional. I would recommend to no one regardless of service. Glad I opted to pay in person instead of pre-pay. I’d rather just shave and tweeze than be disregarded.

Amazing experience with Kat! I’ve been self conscious of the hair on my face for years and I finally bit the bullet to get electrolysis. Kat is professional, kind, and really knows what their doing! I can finally go out in public without feeling like I need to layer my face in makeup, THANKS KAT!
