I went to Dr. D'Souza 1.5 years ago with a long standing problem (with pain). Everything that you read about the incredible staff and Dr. D'Souza's skill level is probably an understatement. They are just THAT good! My case was complicated but Dr. D'Souza spent the extra time and took special care to be super thorough. Recovery was harder than normal (due to my situation) but again, he and his staff went above and beyond in every possible way. You won't believe the follow-up either! My husband worked in medicine and neither of us has ever experienced/witnessed follow-up like this. If you have any doubts, there is absolutely no need for that. You'd be in the best care possible.
Review for all but the RNs and gym girlies please read! Dr. D'Souza and his entire staff are incredible, the ladies that work in the office and the staff at the surgery center are all so professional and make you feel so comfortable! I had the rapid recovery breast augmentation surgery specifically. I was extremely nervous about surgery in general but also results and mostly recovery. Dr. D'Souza is very precise and measures you to match you to an implant size, he had reference photos ready of ladies with my exact build pre-surgery/post-surgery so I got a very thorough idea of potential results and felt confident picking my size after discussing with him. I am obsessed with my results, I have never felt so confident in my own skin and I would do it again 100%. The ladies in the office could tell I was nervous while booking and they were so helpful with explaining everything/made me feel super comfortable! The surgery center staff were LOVELY! I really appreciated the fact that he had an MD Anesthesiologist, he was amazing! The RN who prepped/post-op cared for me was so sweet even when I was grouchy waking up . For the RNs, I am a bedside RN, I was able to return to work the same week in a light-duty/mostly admin roll but I never missed a day. The pain was completely under control and I was able to work full 12s less than 7 days post-op! I worked light-duty for 6 weeks and was completely back in business after that. Gym girlies, I KNOW it is scary to think of time off if you crave the gym and that's your top stress relief but I'm here to say it's totally worth it. You get printed guidelines on what you are allowed to do post-op, which helped me a ton. I am completely back to baseline in the gym (for reference I do CrossFit and Olympic weight lifting) 6 months post-op :-) !! I did A LOT of walking while on restriction but it gets you up and out and busy and happy.
I had my breast augmentation a little over 2 years ago and I am so beyond happy with the results. The whole office staff and Dr.DSouza were instrumental in helping make me feel safe & cared for.
