We met Stephen through our realtor when we were trying to find a lender that would help us close sooner than our credit union. Thanks to Stephen, not only were we able to close 15 days sooner than we had originally anticipated, but we were able to get a lower interest rate than what we had with our credit union. Stephen was also very efficient throughout the process, and was able to get us approved for our mortgage within 1-2 days. Stephen and his team were very responsive and clear throughout the loan approval process and were very fast to respond to our questions. We will definitely recommend their services in the future!
