I. Love. This. Class!! I recently got back into working out again and was extremely nervous but the coach, Weston, has made the classes so good with his energy and the music! I drive 45min each way just to take this class and it's honestly been so worth it. I would recommend this specific spot to anyone! I feel tighter and more energized than ever!
