Outstanding gym with well designed workouts and energetic, instructive trainers. The space is quite adequate. One of the owners Jason is frequently around and very accessible. Members have formed some community there and it's easy to meet other members and you'll enjoy the workouts even more when you've made some like-minded friends.
Great efficient and quick workout. They have great music and it goes by very fast! I love the new instructor, Kristy or Krista (sorry!!). She’s very helpful with form and makes it a point to walk around and talk to everybody
I love F45 Poinsettia, especially the strength days! I like that I can actually focus on lifting and getting stronger without having to figure out my own training routine.
