The front desk staff are equally wonderful - welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment you walk in. The entire practice maintains a warm, comfortable atmosphere that makes dental visits a positive experience. They’re very flexible to accept different insurances. I have been going to Dr. Ho for over 10 years. When I found out she recently opened a new office in Carlsbad, I had to check it out. She is an amazing doctor! She truly cares about her patients and takes her time with eye exams. I've had to reach out to her during after hours for an emergency and she responded promptly. Highly recommend her!

What a great experience. Melanie at the desk is so kind and was willing to fit me in early when I told her I took the bus and had arrived early. The doctor was so pleasant and explained things very well. She gave me explanations and has really good bedside manner. They even provided me with a charger when my phone battery was low and needed to charge because my bus pass was on it and couldn’t have the phone battery die on me.
