Our experience with Deniz was truly exceptional. We had just moved to California, were first time home buyers and did not have a car - Deniz would drive 45 minutes south, pick us up and take us to see properties. In an extremely crazy market, he succeeded in finding us a home that we are extremely happy with - at a great price as well. He was extremely knowledgeable, very patient in explaining and answering all our questions, super responsive through text/email/phone calls. He provided quick research on how much similar properties appraised and sold for in order to help inform our decisions / offers. Aside from the business aspect, he was so kind and generous with his time - he even took us to see some car dealerships so we could buy a car. Would really recommend him on every front!
