Randy mailed me a letter. I was looking to replace our pool service company and I liked his old school approach. We had some issues with the pool (that's why I was looking for a new company) and Randy was quick to come out and help diagnose all the issues. He had a buddy that took care of the bigger ticket items, and between the two, the got me caught up on how everything works (previous owners didn't know much themselves to be able to share).
