SIERRA JORDAN is the best blonde specialist. I am a dark brunette. I was blonde a few years ago and wanted to go back to blonde again. I went to a different hair salon that had really good reviews and it was bad. My hair was fried and it was a weird bronzy blonde with bleached streaks. I had so much breakage.
