Previous post from 2020: Alex is our go-to appliance repair. Unfortunately during 2020 with increased high use of appliances at home we had a few repairs needed this year. Alex quickly responded to each, fixed and very fair.

From the time I called in the service request to the time Alex had come to the house, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and left was less than 2 hours!! Incredible response time and Alex was able to quickly solve the problem. I highly recommend this company. The staff was also incredibly nice over the phone and I am so impressed with the level of professionalism displayed.

Good service on older Dacor oven. Came on time, completed repair of door springs. Used parts that I furnished saving me some expense. I’ve used Alex over the past 20 years when needed.
