Ran into a problem installing a exterior door lock / deadbolt. Contacted Robert @ ABBA Locksmith early in the morning and he responded quickly and came out to our home to resolved our failed DYI job. They came and fixed a malfunctioning fancy multi-deadbolt lock on short notice at the end of their day, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect, except how they handled pricing. I don't think they work off of a fixed price list for their services. It seemed that they decided on pricing in the moment. We were originally given an estimate by text message which turned out to be a price to just show up. I should have asked them for final pricing as they were getting started, because at the end, they wanted to charge several hundred dollars for a fix that took less than an hour and required no equipment.
