Our unusual design got subcontracted to Joey and his crew. At first I was nervous about this, but it was obviously very important to the crew to do the job well and efficiently. Each day we received updates, what was in their schedule, and photos. They worked through the winter's rain and cold; slipping around in endless mud. I love my new home. Joey has followed up in any loose ends and checked in to see if anything has been an issue. They have all been professional and detail oriented. They listen and explain everything. Extra kudos for Alex. He's simply awesome.

I hired Viltrakis Design Built to help create a backyard cement patio at my house. There were some tricky aspects to this project that they had to deal with-which they did and did an excellent job! Their crew is very professional- arriving on time and getting job done in timely manner. I appreciate the attention to detail they give in all their work which is excellent quality.
