Betsey is absolutely the best! I was referred to her by a friend and am so happy I met her! I have had sessions with a few different personal trainers and haven't had the best experience and would be left feeling discouraged after sessions. Betsey takes the time to learn your body, ease you into the sessions and teaching good form. She is kind, positive and knows what she is talking about. She helps make realistic goals and sets you up to succeed. After sessions with her, I feel motivated and good about myself! I highly recommend her.
