I stopped at the San Marcos location, and spoke to a very knowledgeable Sales Associate. John Anthony Medina, he went beyond customer care. Even though he could not get me the product I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me in another direction after speaking to several people to verify my product was not available through them. Thank you agin for being so helpful and personable. I will definitely come in again when I am doing my next project and will refer John Anthony Medina to all my friends. We had a most excellent experience at the Cardiff location with Serena as our guide! She found the wood flooring to match the 20-year-old existing wood floor. We ordered it and had to wait but she kept us informed every step of the way then we found a beautiful carpeting and got a wonderful discount that she told us about for Karastan days! Segway to our installers that were installers extraordinaire.!! I have had an amazing experience with Americas Finest Carpet Company. The experience from start to finish was made easy. The sales rep **** was able to find the right type of flooring for our budget and home structure. He didn't promise me the farm, He explained every aspect of the purchase process. What to expect and what a hick-up could be and how he would resolve it if it happened.I was comfortable in making the purchase. We had a few hick-**** but **** came right back with acceptable resolutions that were not ***** rigged and worked proper. I was spending my savings and he understood that.
