I had a very difficult situation with a broken Milgard window. It was an old style that needed to be replaced in a tricky location. Since the style was discontinued, it was difficult to find the right parts. Gerry and his team came out 4 different times to get it right. They had to take multiple pictures, try different old parts, and keep at it. It took a few months, but they made things right! I can't thank them enough for their efforts and hard work. I really appreciate their stick-to-it attitude! Thank you very much!
