I stopped into your store while visiting CA because my prescription sunglasses needed repaired. Your staff replaced a screw that was missing and tightened all the other ones! Thank you for taking the time and effort to insure that I had sunglasses while traveling!

The optometrist was awesome. Having to call 4 times to request the prescription be sent to my email was off putting, especially the attitude from the girls answering the phone - acted as if I was annoying them just to ask.

I recently bought glasses with two prisms. I bought a pair of frames that were way too big. I went back and Ford's very efficient daughter helped me get new frames. The new frames fit great. Ford adjusted them just right. Site for Sore eyes is a friendly, very nice place to shop. Lauren and Julie are very helpful. Their two dogs make it less like a store and more like going to a friend's house. I have tried Lens Crafters but really love going here!
