Absolutely wonderful. My cat broke her tooth a week or so ago, I was scheduled with a different vet that suddenly wasn’t able to help her. I called Santa Cruz Vet Hospital and they were able to get my cat in same day for an exam, and schedule an extraction procedure the following day. My cat was SO comfortable being in this office, the vet who saw her was amazing and gave my cat the space and patience to get comfortable before being picked up. The front office and back office techs are wonderful as well! I would 100% recommend this vet office to anybody and everybody. This is easily the best vet I have ever brought my dog to. We stopped by on a road trip, and we were able to be seen super quickly. Very affordable, and the vet was incredible about helping us refill prescriptions on the road. Can't thank them enough.

Very long wait. Almost 3 hours. Comfy seats. Separate cat room so your poor kitty can wander around & yowl. Nice friendly staff. I would only recommend for an emergency as they are very expensive $$$. I brought my two kids & a very unhappy kitty with a twisted bleeding paw:( They gave us back a bandaged kitty with a cone of humiliation on his head. However, it was a nice cloth cone & much easier for my cat to wear than the old fashioned cones. He still kept bumping into things, but my kitty is happy & healthy.
