Caleb was awesome. He called / texted his ETA. Explained what he was doing so that I understood my systems and the services needed. He provided a clear understanding of costs with no pressure. He is knowledgeable, and more important, personable.
Caleb was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and taking care of his customers. Highly recommend Caleb and Wise Owl Cooling & Heating.
Nothing but praise for the workers, Omar Treven and Gil who installed my new HVAC unit today. So far I’m very pleased to recommend Wise Owl. In addition, the owner is very hands on and accessible.
