“Alex is the best they come. I had inquired about having him assist in planting a tree for us. He was so fast in getting us a quote and was able to fit in the delivery/ installation(not sure what else to call it ) extremely quickly. Once Alex got here it turned out that the simple task of planting a tree turned into a much larger project for him due to some of my previous lawn work. He took it on and completed the task along with fixing issues that were here before he arrived. He made additional trips to obtain more supplies and definitely did more than I expected. He will only complete the job correctly and that says a lot. He easily could have just planted the tree but he ensured the soil and surrounding area was the best it could be before planting. Definitely recommend Alex and his company for any work you need completed the right way.“

“Rod's Tree service did an amazing job on my hugely overgrown 20 year old pepper tree, my olive trees, my strawberry trees, mellalucas, and my queen palms. Richard came very quickly to give me a quote. I was delighted to learn that he is the 3rd generation of this business, which was founded by his grandfather. Richard studied Forestery at Cal State Humboldt (now Cal Poly Humboldt I believe). He gave me a very fair quote and we scheduled the service (a month or so out, because they are so good and busy!). They arrived on time, with at least 4-5 employees. Jason was the team lead and a cousin of Richard, so still in the family! Oh my gosh. These guys were amazing. They trimmed the trees just how I wanted. They did not at all trample my plants like my last trimmers did. They cleaned up and my yard was neater than when they arrived. I was so impressed!
