Sean/Shawn (not sure how he spells his name) with ZAAAP is simply outstanding and the service he provided is excellent. I called him for one concern (son bumped into the door with top of his truck and I was concerned about its operation); however, he identified a more serious issue with a couple of broken hinges that needed to be replaced. He explained the work to be done, provided an accurate estimate for the repair, and promptly fixed the garage door. I am a very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend ZAAAP.
Last Friday night coming home, my garage door wouldn’t open. I thought I’d have to wait till Monday to call someone, I took a chance and called Zaaap Garage Door Repair and Shawn came out within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable price for a new motor and I am so pleased with his very professional service. Garage door runs beautifully! Definitely a service I recommend!
I contacted Shawn and he responded right away. Was at my home within a hour. He inspected our garage door and noted everything was fine. He explained several things to me about the door. There was no charge for the inspection and I certainly appreciate his time. I will definitely contact again when needed.
