“Tim, Mike and crew are easy to work with. We had a few leaks around the house and contacted few roofing companies. TMH was referred to me by our plumber. Contacted Tim and he was fast to reply and was able to comedown next day to take a look. He beats all other contractors as others will take a week or so to do check our roof. Tim came by and inspected the roof, and taken pictures and explain where the leaks coming from. he gave me 2 option, quick cheap way, or slightly expensive but the proper way. I received the proposal for the proper fix and it is slightly expensive but reasonable. i had another roofer look and quoted me, with almost the same work (TMH job scope are more) and it was 3x more expensive! TMH for sure are honest, professional, on time and completed it with much to our satisfaction! Our previous roofer has retired, im glad we found our new roofer! Highly recommended! just have some patience in scheduling as at times they can be busy, but they will communicate timely.“
“From the initial inspection to final completion Woolbright’s Roofing was phenomenal.After receiving wind and water damage, my insurance appraiser said it was only my valley that caused my two room ceilings to get wet. They told me overall my roof was fine and to get the valley repaired.Jeremy came out and inspected my roof. Yes, the valley did cause my two rooms ceilings to get wet but I had broken, missing and sliding tiles. He took photos and a through drawing of all the issues I had with my roof.Communication with Karen and Taryn was exceptional. They got me scheduled right away and were able to answer all my questions and concerns.Jeremy and the crew came out and went above and beyond. They were so through from removing the roofing tiles, laying down new felt, fixing ALL my valleys (at my request), replacing the broken and missing tiles, placing everything back and cleaning up.Woolbright’s Roofing provided me with a portfolio for my record of all the work they did from beginning to end. “Used them 3 times on my houses. They do smaller repair tile jobs but thorough inspections. They are very popular, busy and in demand but I trust what they say. Because of years of experience they are more into the inspection side now. Never had them not keep an appointment, be rude. I was in a fight to buy this house because I wanted them to inspect and the other agent threatened my agent to get someone anyone out. Over a stinky $200. I won, they came, and I got the house!“
“Freeman and Sons Roofing are life savers. We had roof damage which led to water leakage into our home, of course during the busiest rain season in SoCal for quite some time. Getting anyone to even respond to our request for a quote was beyond difficult. Freeman and Sons not only came out and checked out our roof, they provided a reasonable quote (when a lot of people would have gouged because of the demand) and repaired our roof with excellent quality. In the early summer we gathered several quotes and Dan's was the most competitive price and covered complete roof replacement needs.After signing our contract in late June, we were put on the schedule for the early part of October. They were perfectly on time and punctual every step of the way.Workers arrived early every morning and worked tirelessly for an entire week. The roof looks fantastic! And it's rained - and the roof works fantastic!!!We had two minor follow up requests that were cosmetic to comply with our community. The response from the office was timely and forthcoming.
