Cynthia was absolutely great! I had never done anything like this before and I wasn't sure what to expect. So, being my first time, I was a little nervous and let her know that. She was so kind and super professional! She said that she doesn't think that she had another customer that was laughing almost the whole time! Not knowing what to expect and very nervous. Cynthia was very professional and did such a great job . I was super comfortable which made it so much easier. I found Cynthia on Yelp about 3 years ago, been going to her since then. She's really good at what she does and that's especially true with how she can cater to your request when it comes to grooming needs. The studio is always clean and well prepped, she always has a positive attitude, and the job gets done with care and detail in mind. I haven't had a single bad visit yet and that cannot be said very commonly for most other places that offer grooming services.
