A little over a year ago I had a sports injury that left me with terrible sciatica. MRI concluded an 11mm disc bulge and mild spinal stenosis. After reviewing the MRIs and taking new x rays, Dr. Ron got me on a plan to recovery, everything from PT, diet, stretching and mobility, etc. Every single visit I saw significant progress through decompression and manual adjustments.
